      可以,如果比较稀可以用玉米淀粉 cornstarch 代替。

    May I know is this very sweet? Possible to reduce sugar if prefer a less sweet cheesecake?

      It is not very sweet, I just add 60 g of sugar in the cheese mixture, another source of sweetness is the sandwich cream from Oreo cookies.
