香浓椰奶紫薯棒冰 | 清闲厨房
材料:
- 230 克 紫薯 (切丁)
- 400 毫升 水
- 530 毫升 浓椰奶
- 7 汤匙 细砂糖
- 2/3 茶匙 细盐
- 玉米淀粉水 (1/2 茶匙 玉米淀粉 + 1 茶匙 水)
做法:
1 将紫薯蒸10分钟至到软化。

2 把水加入已蒸软的紫薯,用搅拌机捣碎。

3 加入椰奶,糖和盐,加热至滚。
